Returns & Exchanges
In case you would like to return or exchange your purchased item/s, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from the date that you received your order at email@example.com prior to sending back your item/s.
Once you have notified us regarding your wish to return or exchange your purchased item/s you must return the item/s within 14 days.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item/s.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please be aware that refunds will be issued only for properly returned items.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, ZAIMARA reserves the right to deny a refund or make exchange if the item/s do not meet the following requirements:
- ZAIMARA is notified by email regarding the intentions of making a return/exchange and not later than 14 days after the order was received
- The item has been shipped within 14 days from the day of notification of a return/exchange
- item must be unused
- free from dirt, dust or any fragrances
- with all the original tags attached
- in the same exact condition that you received it in
Once your package has been received and the above conditions are met, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (but not later than within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s).
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you using standard shipping method.
If your exchange item does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to make an exchange and the package will be sent back to you using standard shipping method.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchange items.
