Returns & Exchanges
In case you would like to return or exchange your purchased item/s, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from the date that you received your order at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back your item/s.
Once you have received our response to your initial notification, please send all returns/exchanges to our logistics centre at:

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. In case of a return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please be aware that refunds will be issued only for properly returned items.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, ZAIMARA reserves the right to deny a refund or make exchange if the item/s do not meet the following requirements:
- ZAIMARA is notified by email regarding the intentions of making a return/exchange and not later than 14 days after the order was received
- item must be unused
- free from dirt, dust or any fragrances
- with all the original tags attached
- in the same packaging and same exact condition that you received it in
Once your package has been received and the above conditions are met, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you using standard shipping method.
If your exchange item does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to make an exchange and the package will be sent back to you using standard shipping method.
Please be advised that the initial applicable shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund. Also, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item/s.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchange items.
